Can you believe its been 5 years since the inception of this much awaited event from Havaianas who gave us unbridled liberty to dress up our footsies with those top soles and colorful straps? If you are a true blooded Havaianatico, you probably place an X on your calendar every year for Make Your Own Havaianas.

Make Your Own Havaianas 2010 in Cebu will be open to the public on July 30 all the way to August 2.  The Cagayan de Oro/Mindanao leg for Make Your Own Havaianas 2010 will be on August 13-15 at the Atrium of Limketkai Center Mall.

Do you still have your Havaianas from the previous MYOH? Which day are you going? Or are you going to be present the entire weekend? I wouldn’t be surprised if people camp outside SM! This media and VIP invite is too cute to pass up on this Thursday though!

Well, I certainly don’t want this to be a huge spoiler to you bbbbbbut…. Havaianas fans can now choose from stylish new options—from silver letter pins and crystal studded pins to jelly, fluorescent and glow-in-the-dark Top straps! Isn’t that fabulous? IT JUST GETS EXCITING YEAR AFTER YEAR.

Caution: You might want to head early. I heard the queue is astonishingly um, long. Do you think celebrities will drop by? I wonder what the Havaianas team came up for entertainment this year! The firedancers from last year’s Make Your Own Havaianas was too much fun!
